What a week looks like
About 3 hours a day, 3–5 days a week — daytime and evening tracks.

CBT/DBT skills you can use right away — coping, regulation, relationships.

Process group
Supportive, facilitated group to work through what's coming up.

Individual & psychiatry
1:1 therapy and medication management as part of your plan.

Family touchpoint
Optional family sessions to strengthen support at home.
IOP often follows a higher level of care like PHP, or serves as a step up from weekly outpatient therapy when you need more structure.
